About the Role
As the founding SDR/BDA, you’ll be the pioneer in establishing and scaling our go-to-market motion. This is a unique opportunity to not only drive new business opportunities, but also to play an instrumental role in shaping the future of our sales organization.
Spearhead outbound prospecting campaigns - from strategy to execution
Conduct thorough research to identify and qualify leads
Execute outbound prospecting to generate new business opportunities -Work directly with head of sales to optimize lead generation strategies
Provide insights and feedback to iterate on sales processes and strategies. As the first SDR hire, you’ll also get to contribute to the development of training programs for future team members

The successful candidate will be at the forefront of our growth story, with the opportunity for rapid advancement into a mid-market account management role within 6-12 months, based on performance and impact.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field a plus
Proven experience as an SDR in a startup or high-growth environment
Strong understanding of sales development processes and pipeline management
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Results-orientation with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets
